The Hidden Benefits of HR BPO

Last year, Sourcing Analytics was commissioned to study the costs experienced by organizations engaging an outsourced provider of human resource business process outsourcing (HR BPO).  This is the first significant study to capture and analyze the TCO of HR BPO.

In the coming weeks, an official announcement will be made.

The White Paper discussing the study, results and analysis was released in December and is now available for download on the Sourcing Analytics website.  In postings to come I will discuss the "backstory" to this study.  I will talk about some of the results that couldn't fit in the White Paper, the significance of the findings and why it was the culmination of a study we've wanted to do for years. 

We are excited about the study itself and encourage wide distribution, so  won't ask you to login or provide your email address in order to download the paper.
